Data Security — Protecting Client Confidentiality

Security and trust matter when you hire any company to handle your work. As a website design firm, we protect client confidentiality seriously. Last year I moved accounting services to another company I initially trusted—until learning late in the year they had launched a web design business using insights from client data. A reminder: companies handling sensitive information should uphold stronger ethics than using client knowledge to become direct competitors.
